Notes: 2020 represents pretty much a "normal" lifting tempo. We'll still use the clock like we've been doing though. Realize that with a 2020 tempo and only 3 reps per set, you'll be able to get pretty heavy. Go for it.

60' farmer's walk with turn (30' down and back)
30 seconds weighted plank
Notes: We did this a couple weeks ago. Go heavier than then. This is our version of "ab" work.
