101 & 201

A. Power clean + push jerk, 15 minute to build to 1RM

Notes: We'll do a barbell warm-up as a group, but after that, you won't be able to do any warm-ups beyond an empty bar until the 15 minutes begins. Use the time wisely.

B. Push press, 4x5, build to AHAP

Notes: 2 minute clock.


For max reps:
3 min AMRAP squat clean + shoulder-to-overhead, 101 - 135/95; 201 - 165/110
rest 1 min
3 min AMRAP burpee box jump step-downs, 24"/20"
rest 1 min
3 min AMRAP cals on AD

Notes: Depending on class size we'll use a staggered start so that we don't get bottle-necked at the AD. Half the group will start the squat clean thrusters 4 minutes after the other half does. That way the first half will be on the AD while the second half is doing their burpees.
