Rachel has been with us for a little over a month and in that short time I've seen how excited and committed to this she is (she's become a regular at 5AM). She's a great beginner: she asks questions, does her best, focuses on learning the correct movements, and is getting to know our members. You're doing great Rachel! Keep it up.
Come in and make up a missed workout from the first half of this week, practice some skills that you would like to get better at, or come foam roll, warm-up, and work out the soreness.
