Notes: Like the snatch on Monday, shins vertical and shoulders slightly in front of the bar at the start. Knowing that most of you can clean more than you can jerk, continue to make the jerk footwork a point of focus for you: back foot hitting before the front and don't over reach with the back; instead, keep the back foot short and aggressively step out with the front.

60 ft. burpee broad jumps (30' down and back)
