Notes: Make each set as heavy as possible. For example, if on last week's clusters (4x188.8.131.52.1) you finished with 135 on the press, do something like this today: 125x5, 130x4, 135x3, 140-145x2, 145-155x1. If you do it right, you may only be able to take a 5lb jump on the first couple of sets (5 to 4 and 4 to 3), but hopefully a bigger (10lb) jump going from 2 to 1, for example.
