Sanctify is going to be participating in the 2014 Lurong Living Paleo Challenge! We know that several of you enjoyed and benefitted from the Paleo Challenge we ran back in February and so we're doing it again, but this time as part of the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge.
If you participated with us back in February, you'll find that the Lurong Living Challenge is very similar: you are awarded points based on adherence to the paleo diet and tracking your eating, participating and improving in a few workouts, and improving in measure of body composition. I won't go into all of the details here as you can easily learn more by going directly to their website.
The challenge runs for 8 weeks from September 15 through November 9. Sanctify is already a participating affiliate so when you sign up be sure to select Sanctify as your affiliate. We're pretty excited about this as we think it can be just the kick start or boost that you're looking for. More info will follow as September 15 approaches but for now, know that this is something you'll want to be a part of.

30min AMRAP @ 80-85%:
30 DU (sub 30 target jumps)
20 Russian swings, 24/16kg
10 TnG power snatches, light
Notes: Continue working towards BW pull-ups. If you can get BW try to add reps. If you can get more than 30-40 reps then add weight.
5 rounds for time:
2 legless rope climbs
Notes: If you struggle with legless RC you may use your legs; stay safe! Regardless of if you use your legs on the way up or not, you can/should use your legs on the way down.
