Amy finally got a pair of her own weightlifting shoes and I think she likes them! Oh and did you know that 70% of Sanctifiers use weightlifting shoes (based of some counting and rough math during the 141121 AM classes)? We're not talking about Nanos here either. We're talking real weightlifting shoes with an elevated heal and a firm sole. I guess you could say we've got a thing for weightlifting!
Fitness & Performance (yep, everyone's doing the same thing today!)

5 rounds for time, with a partner:
400M Run (200 single unders in lieu of bad weather)
30 Box Jumps, 24/20"
30 Wall Balls, 20/14

Notes: Both you and your partner will complete the run (single unders) at the same time. Once you've each finished the run, then you may start the box jumps and wall balls. There, you may split the work up anyway you like amongst the two of you but only one person can work at a time.
