Notes: 30 min cut-off. One person may work at a time. You must use the same bar/weight for the power cleans and the push jerks. To be considered "Rx'd" you and your partner must do the prescribed weights and you must jump on the box jump overs. However, the BJO may be scaled to step-overs, the TTB may be scaled to hanging knee raises or lying leg raises, and the weights may be scaled to 95/65 or 75/55.
