There were several PRs set during 15.1a on Saturday. Here's just one of them. Well not this one exactly, but Reed did hit 315 for the top Sanctify clean & jerk of the workout, but we just didn't get that one on camera. Great job man!
SWU B - 3 rounds not for time (10 min cap)

Low level Box Jump, 10-15 reps, 12" max
Partner med ball rotational throw, 10 each side
Body levers, 5 reps w/5-10 sec descent

Fitness (wk 2 of 6)

A. EMOM x8: 3 front squats @75-80%1RM
B1. 10 alt'g reverse lunges, hold DB/KB at sides, rest 1 min
B2. RDL, 6-8 @3030, 3 sets, rest 1 min, heavier than last week

20 kipping pull-ups, up to 1 large band allowed, ring rows if needed
