Training for young athletes

The Sanctify Youth Athlete Training Program is designed to develop strength, speed, and explosiveness in young athletes, abilities which translate into improved performance in their chosen sport. The program runs for twelve weeks each session and meets twice weekly for hourly classes. Athletes between the ages of twelve and eighteen are welcome to participate in this program.
