We provide full-service nutrition coaching in addition to fitness instruction. Our nutrition coaching services are available both to members of the gym and to non-members. 

Good nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. Sure, exercise is important, but if you are not also addressing your nutrition, your success will be limited and your progress impeded. With a poor diet, you may be undermining all the hard work you’re putting in at the gym. As is often repeated and irrefutably true, “You cannot out-exercise a bad diet.” More importantly, a healthy balanced diet does wonders for how you feel, move, think, and perform. 

But, we understand, sorting through all the information about diet and nutrition is overwhelming, confusing, and frequently contradictory. Our coaches are credentialed in the science of nutrition and nutrition coaching. They will help you make sense of the science and dispense with the fads and trends that don’t work. 

Together we will develop a plan of action that includes eating real foods in quantities that sustain your efforts in the gym as well as your activities outside the gym. We will help you improve the content of your diet, understand the fundamentals of macronutrients and portion control, and alter your body composition according to your goals.
