WHITEBOARD BRIEF

- Strength: All Strength work today! Starting with TNG Deadlifts, If you can't touch your toes, a trap bar, or lifting off plates might be a better option. B and C both utilize a Front Rack Carry, so make sure you're holding knuckles by the chin with elbows pointing forward to get the most training benefit from this position. Abs should be turned on, ribs and hips tucked.
