WHITEBOARD BRIEF

- Partner WOD Day, we are working on aerobic capacity and community building. We can do this as a solo version depending on what the covid restrictions are and the only difference is we alternate runs with the plates, and scale the reps to 1/2 of the reps to keep a similar stimulus, but rest 1/2 the interval work time after each round.

Scaling Mods:

Scaling today is pretty simple and mainly is focused around scaling the volume as the loading should not be too high for the majority of those in class today.
