- Coaching Notes:

We have a fun team workout today and are going to spend a little time before the workout to go over rope climbs and talk over workout strategy. The goal here today is to provide a challenge that gets athletes working together and communicating. One partner will be working, while one rests, but one must be holding a plank position while one is getting those reps done. Focus here is a classic push/pull volume stamina workout.

Scaling Mods:

We have multiple options written in the scaling mods today and the goal here is to find one of those options that suits your athlete. We can mix and match and find the right mix that challenges our athletes today while still having them feel good leaving the gym.
