• Coaching Notes:
We have a fun little partner chipper today with the emphasis on grip fatigue and midline endurance. Due to the time cap and style of today’s workout we should spend some time working through progressions for the Bar Muscle-Ups in order to help athletes get better, more fluid, and possibly achieve their first Bar Muscle-Up today in class. That is really what CrossFit is all about. We love big celebrations and programming movements that lead to an athlete's “first.” Spend some time helping athletes work through making the devils press more efficient as well as locking in some key points for bar facing burpees as well as toe to bar.
