This workout today is meant to be done as a solo workout for reps, however we will plan to set-up the class into groups of 3-5 athletes at a time and have them starting on different stations. The first 3 stations are meant to work our overall capacity while the last two stations are meant to target midline stabilization under fatigue. We will start the day off with a short little priming warm-up prior to getting into a fun team style warm-up that is meant to get athletes fired up and ready to tackle the workout today.
