We have a partner chipper on the docket today with the workout "Dazed and Confused" The entire workout is meant to look and feel like a chipper, however the workout will play differently than a classic partner chipper as one partner is working on the Row, while the other partner is chipping away at the work in the main chipper triplet. The goal here is to have the Row and the Chipper completed in about the same time frame, so this means that there will be limited rest time throughout this workout. Let's make sure to have athletes understand the style and flow here as it is one of those workouts that may get a touch confusing for some. Especially those that come in late and don't listen to coaches. :)
