Today's workout is a 1:1 work to rest ratio style workout where one athlete will complete one full round before the other athlete tackles the next round. We will be doing 10 total rounds here today with the goal of completing the workout in 20 minutes, which is around 2 minutes a round. The stimulus is around midline stamina and conditioning with the combination of Shuttle Runs, Wall Walks, and Abmat sit-ups.
