We have a fun "You Go, I Go" type workout that will allow for intensity as well as repeatability of rounds today with the triplet of Wall Walks, Bar Muscle-Ups, and Echo Bike. For those doing Bar Muscle-Ups we will be making it simple and easy to adjust with moving to a Burpee Pull-Up. This keeps the intensity high, allowing for a fun aerobic bodyweight focused workout.
