Today, we have a fun partner-based workout that combines running, partner Wall Balls, and Kettlebell Swings in a high-volume, shared workload format. The goal is to move efficiently, communicate well, and manage fatigue to maintain a steady pace across all four rounds. The goal here is to have a workout that requires communication between partners and allows for consistent movement with minimal rest between partners. The only area to truly rest will be on the Kettlebell Swings and this should be minimal.
