How’d the first Open workout go for everyone? Have a great weekend!

We are getting after a fun partner workout today with the focus on building in a little fun 1:1 intensity style work with the emphasis on barbell cycling and grip. This is a great day to build in a fun community style building with our Kettlebell Tap Race Game and then getting into the workout which consists of a triplet of Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Thrusters, and Pull-Ups. The goal here is to keep each round around that 1:00 mark and alternating full rounds with your partner.

We added in a fun bodybuilding style finisher / burnout that focuses on upper body pulling strength and will create a nice little pump and fun to finish off our Saturday workout.

A note that some gyms will be doing the Open on Saturday, so they could either move this workout to Sunday or Friday if they choose and then sub in 25.1 depending on how the structure flows for their gym.
