Happy belated birthday T!
WHITEBOARD BRIEF
Coaching Notes:
Today, we are getting after a fun partner workout for Mexican Independence day. This will be announced on social and we would like all affiliates to jump in and post pics doing the workout. It should be a fun long workout that will be a great community builder.
The row is split evenly and the couplet is alternating rounds until completion. The loading should be thought of as TnG unbroken reps and the toe to bar should be in 3 sets or less.
Scaling:
For power snatches lets go to a hang power snatch and reduce the load or go to DB Snatches for 9 reps and just alternate which arm you start with on each round to ensure you even it up. For the toe to bar our first scale is alternating toe to bar, then knee to elbow, the strict knee raises and finally V-Ups or alternating V-Ups.
