Today’s workout is “Hide and Seek”, a descending ladder chipper that combines high-volume gymnastics, barbell cycling, and skill work under fatigue. This workout challenges grip endurance, core stamina, and movement efficiency while requiring smart pacing to manage fatigue across all elements. Spend some time going through Toe to Bar efficiency tips and even some Double Under practice to allow athletes to feel ready to tackle this long challenging chipper.
