- Metcon: The goal of today is to perform all the work without worrying about the clock too much. All of this work is quite challenging and if done right will leave you feeling like you've got a lot done in one session. To be clear the rest is at the end of each AMRAP. NOTE this is not a benchmark WOD, the pun name was just too good to resist.
