WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Metcon: Similar to last week, today's work is strictly about facilitating recovery for the muscles and nervous system. Do not underestimate the importance that steady-state zone 1 work plays in your training. Try to breathe only through your nose if possible and maintain perfect technique on the rower, i.e. hips first then knees on the recovery. This will help reinforce the hinge pattern correctly.
