WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Metcon: Today's work is a lower-intensity workout to help facilitate recovery. Don't push the pace, and don't push the weight on the Carries, you should be able to maintain perfect posture. Good technique on the rower IE hips first then knees on the recovery!
AMRAP 25:
50 Meter Double KB Front Rack Carry, light/moderate
200 Meter Row
4 Turkish Get-ups (2 per side), try to use the same weight as FR carries
400 Meter Run
- Goal: Slow, consistent pace. Goal = keep heart rate and breath under control
SINGLE-LEG GLUTE HIP THRUST
3 x 8-10 each. Rest 60s.
