WHITEBOARD BRIEF

- Strength: We are starting our training today with a barbell complex consisting of RDLs, Hang Power Cleans, Front Squats, and Front Rack Reverse Lunges. Build in weight for each set (trying to exceed last week) and rest as needed in between rounds.
- Metcon: Our conditioning piece today is the first part of workout 15.1, T2B, Deadlifts, and Power Snatch. If you've done this workout before you know that breaking sets strategically, especially on the T2B is going to get you further in the workout.

LOWER BB COMPLEX: RDL + HPC + FS + FR REVERSE LUNGE

4 x 8 each. Rest 2:00
- Exceed top weight from last week.
- L1: use DBs

- Goal: If you've performed this before try to match your previous score. Goal = complete T2B in manageable sets so fatigue does not set in early.
