WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Metcon: For our partner conditioning workout today you'll be taking turns either running, rowing, or biking. Every 5 minutes one partner will complete 21 Double Unders, 15 Burpees and 9 Thrusters. Your pace should be one you can maintain for the duration of the workout.
FOR TIME, WITH A PARTNER:
One person working at a time
Either run 5000m, row 6250/5000m (M/F) or airbike 15,000/10,000m (M/F)
*Every 5:00 (starting at 0:00) one partner completes:
21 Double Unders
15 Burpees
9 Thrusters (95/65)
- Goal: give thought to what distances to run/row/bike so as to maintain a high workout output that is still sustainable for both partners. Aside from the DU/Burpee/Thruster diddy, the work can be split anyway.
Rx+: (115/75) (3 Ring Muscle-ups after each round)
L2: (75/55)
L1: (Single Unders or Penguin Taps) (Up downs) (DBs 25/10)

100 Reps with an empty barbell with your partner. Split in half.
