WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Strength: One of the most effective Glute building exercises ever, the 1 1/4 Glute Hip Thrust. Screw your feet into the floor, concentrate on engaging and feeling the glutes, and don't use your lower back to try and force extra range of motion.
- Metcon: Open workout 20.2.
A1) LANDMINE RDL
