WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Metcon: Partner up in teams of three for this 5 round beatdown of Power Snatch, Wall Balls, and Farmer Carry. Split reps evenly with your partners. The Power Snatch should be done in big touch n go sets but don't get sloppy, keep the barbell loading light. Don't "press-out", we want to make this movement more of an explosive hip drive and catch vs. a shoulder press. Try to keep your knuckles facing front as long as possible so you can't get your palm under the bar to press out the bar. Look for good posture on the Carry, shoulder blades down and back, abs turned on.
