WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Strength: 1 1/4 Front Squat. The intent is time under tension, which will translate into a higher Clean max, a stronger upper back, and some really sore glutes. Each rep you'll go below parallel then up to parallel, then down below parallel before finishing at the top.
- Metcon: BP Benchmark workout with "Bulls on Parade". Choose a load you can complete big sets of with the Deadlift, 7-10 reps at a time.
