- Metcon: Teams of three today for our partner WOD consisting of 5 different 5-minute AMRAPs. These intervals should be fast-paced reps before you tag in your partner. Do your best to divide work evenly but prioritize the rep count, don't waste time trying to split the intervals perfectly between partners.
