We have another Hero Workout Saturday that we are lining up for a little fun partner workout. The goal today is to work with a partner, split the reps evenly and build up a good amount of volume with this triplet. As we move into April and up through May we will be building more of these in with the option to do solo, which will allow for the necessary build towards the Hero Workout “Murph” to be performed on or near memorial day. These are always fun challenges that help build community and fitness, so enjoy the day and make an event out of it!
