We are getting into a fun community building workout today with a good mix of machines and midline work here focusing on completing the work evenly across all 3 partners. Each movement will be completed in a split fashion across all 3, except for each set of burpees which will be done synchronized.
Due to the length of this workout we should keep our warm-up to a minimum and get into the workout by the 20 minute mark on the clock today. The goal and focus today is to go over the Synchro Line Facing Burpees and talk through how to best set-up this workout and approach from a strategy standpoint.
