Today’s session is about barbell cycling under fatigue with a sprint-style effort. Athletes will work across three sets of bar facing burpees into progressively heavier power snatches, aiming for consistency across each interval.

15 Bar Facing Burpees

5 Power Snatches, 70% 1RM

4 Power Snatches, 75% 1RM
