Whiteboard Brief
- Strength: All Strength work today starting with the Back Squat and building to heavy set of 3. Grip the bar so that you can use your hands to push into the bar and keep the back locked in place as the sets get more challenging. Screw your feet into the floor, and keep the arches of the feet elevated so that we can make sure the glutes are being engaged effectively.
