WOD: Tuesday 210615
Watching Jessc come back from having two kiddos, a significant leg injury, and some lower back issues has been, as a coach, incredible to witness. She also talks about wanting to squat more weight than before her injury, which makes me happier than a pig in mud.
WHITEBOARD BRIEF
- Strength: All strength work again today, similar to last week but we are trying to match last week's Squat # for 4 reps instead of 3. Grip the bar so that you can use your hands to push into the bar and keep the ack locked in place as the sets get more challenging. Screw your feet into the floor, and keep the arches of the feet elevated so that we can make sure the glutes are being engaged effectively.
