Today, the focus is on the #TEAMPRVN Tuesday workout. We are looking to have another fun community day with the #TEAMPRVN workout. This one will create a great opportunity to build into the class with a simple 14 minute triplet of movements that allow consistency and for everyone to get involved. We will be starting off the day with some Hang Power Clean work that should help to develop better extension through the bar and better mechanics for the Power Clean cycling in the workout. For the workout, plan to go through some cycling work on the Power Cleans and touches on points of performance and progressions for the Toe to Bar.
