WOD: Tuesday 241105

Just a casual 1200m run at the end. No big deal.

• Coaching Notes

Today is our #TEAMPRVN TUESDAY workout and we are getting into it with "Sid, Lord of the Flam" Get ready for a fun upper body density workout that will end with a strong 1200m run. The goal today is to make sure we really tackle options for the Handstand Push-Ups and scale the Dumbbell Snatch load appropriately for all of our athletes in order to allow them to meat the stimulus and appropriate level of volume for the day, especially on a week that is meant to be more of a deload. We might have time for those accessories today and if you do make sure to walk through some little form tips and tricks. You could always have some athletes tackle the accessories and some tackle the mobility.
