- Metcon: Split all pieces evenly with your partner. Use today to dial in your technique on the Row, IE bend hips first then knees on the recovery. Look to improve your Double Unders as well, minimize knee and hip flexion, keep the elbows close to the body, shoulders relaxed, and wrists loose.
