Our partner workout today is the workout from the CrossFit Games, but done in a pair. We saw times in the range of 4:00-6:00 minutes here done solo, so the challenge here will be to strive for the same time domain in a partner pair splitting the workload in half and having more rest. The focus is grip and barbell cycling. Focus to maintain quick singles on Part A and good quality touch and go reps on Part B of the Bicouplet.
