Today, we are getting after the #TEAMPRVN Workout. This one is a remix of “17.1 / 21.2” with the addition of the 2000m row and increased loading. The goal here is to limit the volume we saw in those Open workouts by adding in the Row and increasing the loading requirement. We are having all of our tracks as well as our athletes tackle this one today, so we want to see as many athletes as possible putting up their scores and getting involved on this one today. Think of it as a great opportunity to give yourself a little challenge and jump in with the greater community globally.
